About us
Based within Andersen Caledonia Labs at Strathclyde Business Park, we specialise in High Level Disinfection (EN 16615:2015) and automated whole room decontamination to the latest NF T-72-281 (2014) and EN 17272:2020 standards. Our work focuses on neutralising the health risks linked to mould and spores, giving clients a safer indoor environment and better air quality.
All microbiology is independently checked by Andersen Caledonia Labs, ensuring accuracy and full confidence in every treatment.
We deliver long term solutions that prevent mould regrowth and support healthier living and working spaces.

My Experience covers a range of infection control and high-level decontamination methodologies and associated products within the NHS and Private healthcare sectors working for companies including Johnson & Johson ASP Division UK (Advanced Sterilisation Products), Interlock (Germany) Steris Corp (UK), Key Surgical (USA) and Clinipak (UK).

Gillian Robson
Founder
Experience covers 8 years in Electronics procurement with NCR, Motorola, and Jabil, moving into materials management, production planning, and supplier management for Haemonetics blood management systems before becoming a founding director of Steri Systems in 2015.
I have a BA(Hons) Business Studies along. with an MBA.
Mary Ann Smith
Commercial Director
Mary Ann Smith is the Commercial Director of SteriSystems, bringing a track record of building and scaling successful businesses. With roots in both business development and clinical practice, she steers SteriSystems’ national mission to tackle the UK’s mould crisis and its profound impact on health, wellbeing, and community performance.
Wendy Strawbridge
Decontamination Team Lead
Before joining Steri Systems, Wendy spent 32 years in the beauty industry and ran her own events business. She specialised in bridal hair, wedding receptions and special occasions for all ages.
Outside work, Wendy lives with her partner and daughter. She loves being at home with the log burner on, a glass of something bubbly in hand, and her two dogs snoring away beside her.
Lisa Ross
Decontamination Team Lead
Lisa leads the decontamination team at Steri Systems. She brings 25 years of experience from the hospitality industry, where she progressed into management roles across a range of companies. Part of her career saw her working on cruise liners and private yachts.
Away from work, Lisa lives with her partner and enjoys time with her family, whether that’s a relaxed night in or the odd evening out.
